We are delighted to share that we have recently exchanged on our most recent project in Guildford, only 3 minutes from the train station and 39 mins to London Waterloo. This will be a new development of apartments and commercial space located in a highly prominent position on North Street directly opposite Market Street, which provides a well-trodden cut-through to the pedestrianised High Street.
